Admissions Process

Step 1: Inquiry

We invite all prospective parents and students to visit our campus and learn more about what we have to offer. Our admissions office is open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and we are happy to arrange a tour of our facilities. Step 2: Application Form

Once you’ve decided that DIS Rajouri is the right fit for your child, the next step is to complete our application form. You can download the form from our website or pick one up from the admissions office. The completed form should be submitted along with the following documents:
  • Birth certificate
  • Previous academic records (if applicable)
  • Passport-sized photographs of the student
  • Proof of residence

Step 3: Entrance Assessment

To ensure that we can provide the best possible education tailored to each student’s needs, we conduct an entrance assessment for all applicants. This assessment helps us understand the student’s current academic level and any additional support they might need. The assessment includes:
  • Written test in subjects relevant to the student’s grade level
  • Personal interview with the student and parents

Step 4: Admission Decision

After the assessment, our admissions committee will review the application and communicate the decision to the parents within 7 days. Successful applicants will receive an admission offer letter, which will include details on the next steps, including fee payment and orientation.

Step 5: Enrollment

To confirm the admission, parents need to accept the offer by paying the required fees within the stipulated time mentioned in the offer letter. Once the payment is made, the student will be officially enrolled at DIS Rajouri. Our team will provide all the necessary information regarding uniforms, textbooks, and the academic calendar.

  • Admission Decision Notification: 15th March, 2025
  • Orientation for New Students: 25th March, 2025
